Possession shall be given to the customers only after settling the dues with the company |

Soorya Homes reserve the right to accept or reject any application. Statutory deposits, builders tax, sales tax, share of KWA/ KSEB cable, transformer cost and deposits for apartment owners association to be paid by the buyer. |

Company is not responsible for any delay in water/electric connection due to the delay with concerned departments . |
